2009 Oregon State Championship

The 2009 Oregon State Championship chess tournament was conducted as a round-robin the weekends of February 14-15-16 and 21-22, 2009 in Portland as detailed below. Rounds began at 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (except only one round on Valentine's Day!)

Schedule/Location:
Feb. 14 at 10:00 AM.
Feb. 15, 16, 21, 22 at 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Championship

The Championship has been registered and FIDE rated.
Titles: NM = National Master, LM = USCF Life Master.

Congratulations to Oregon State chess champion Carl Haessler!
This is fourth time Haessler has had the Oregon title,
but first time he did not share it with another player.
Also, he went undefeated this time!
