2012 Oregon State Championship

The 2012 Oregon State Championship chess tournament was conducted as a round-robin the weekends of February 11-12 and 18-19-20, 2012 in Portland as detailed below. Rounds began at 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

We repeated last years formats and prizes. Time control of 40/120, SD/60, with 5 second delay as is now USCF preference, rounds at 10 a.m. on all 5 days, 5 p.m. on Saturdays & Sundays. Players in the Championship needed to send a $50 deposit which will be returned after completion of all rounds. Prizes are $200 for 1st place, $100 for 2nd, $50 for third.
