Paul Weaver - Level 10 (chess titans) 1 e4 c5 2 Nf3 e6 3 d4 cxd4 4 Nxd4 Nc6 5 Nc3 Qc7 6 g3 a6 7 Bg2 Nge7 8 0-0 (another possibility to take advantage of black's last move is 8 Nde2 but Ng6 has to reckoned with but 9 h4 is a spirited rejoiner) Nxd4 9 Qxd4 Nc6 10 Qd1 Bd6? (this deserves to be roundly condemned since the bishop is not going to be doing anything on d6) 11 f4 Bc5+ 12 Kh1 d6 13 f5 0-0? (castles right into it) 14 f6 g6? (14 ... gxf6 was mandatory) 15 Qd2! Bd7?? (15 ... Kh8 was the only move. 16 Qh6 Rg8 is forced now my intended 17 Rf4 would have wrong due to 17 ... g5! 18 Rf1 Rg6 19 Qh5 h6 20 h4 with only a strong attack. Also wrong is 17 e4 due to dxe5! allowing the bishop into the game; 18 Ne4 Bf8!. the correct solution is 17 Bg5!! e5 else Rf4 18 Nd5 Qd7 19 Ne7 winning the exchange with a strong position to boot as 19 ... Nxe7 20 fxe7 is disasterous for black) \16 Qh6 Rc8 17 Qg7 mate
