Could someone anywhere in WA or OR look at this event below.. and consider putting on one with a similar format in your community?

ROUNDS: 4. FORMAT: Swiss. RATING: Full-K. SITE: Hampton Inn & Suites, 2230 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, CA. ON-SITE REGISTRATION: 9/28 – 9:00 am - 9:45 am. ROUNDS: 10 am & 3:30 pm both days. TIME CONTROLS: 2-day: 30/75 G/45 30 sec increment. SECTIONS: Open. ENTRY FEES: $60 postmarked by 9/24. $70 after 9/24. PRIZES: 1st $300, 2nd $225, $400 in class prizes, based on 30 entries. Do you see that this could lead to some good playing conditions for chess? Love to hear some feedback about it.. And also we will be able to see if this tourney has a good turnout..

Sacramento is the capital of CA and has a basketball sport team.. Portland has the latter as well.. Seattle area is larger in population, I think.. So one of these two areas could probably adopt something of a similar scale .. What do you think?
