The event ran Jan 31- Feb 28 with Fred Kleist directing. The time control was 40/90, 30/60. 27 players took part. Three of them scored 3.5-1.5: Ralph Anthony of Mukilteo, Boas Lee and assistant TD Carol Mayer-Kleist of Seattle.
