Atulya Shetty (MI) and Darwin Yang (TX) topped the leader board at the Denker, with Shetty taking the UT-Dallas scholarship on tiebreak. Tommy He won the Barber while Alexandra Weiner won the US Junior Girls Open. Full crosstables are available<\/a> on the USCF web site.<\/p>\n

Alexandra Botez (OR) finished 1.5 points back at 3.5. Michael Omori (WA) had 2.5. Adam Jiang (ID) garnered two pionts. The alternate,\u00a0Cole Hunt (WA) finished with 1 win. Results of NW players in the Barber K-8 will be reported in our next update.<\/p>\n

187 new players began play in the 6-day event. As a result, GMs Alexander Shabalov and Alejandro Ramirez are now in the field. Results of the Tuesday Quads are here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
