{"id":1998,"date":"2014-03-09T13:54:11","date_gmt":"2014-03-09T21:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nwchess.com\/blog\/?p=1998"},"modified":"2017-05-07T14:19:05","modified_gmt":"2017-05-07T22:19:05","slug":"nw-sw-washington-championship-results","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nwchess.com\/blog\/2014\/03\/nw-sw-washington-championship-results\/","title":{"rendered":"NW SW Washington Championship Results"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vancouver, Washington, on March 8, 2014, was the site of a three section scholastic event for players K-12. <strong>Alan Svehaugh <\/strong>and <strong>Norman May <\/strong>directed the event.<\/p>\n<p>The 17 player K-3rd Grade event was won with 5-0 by <strong>Stephen Doyle <\/strong>of Cornerstone Christian School in Vancouver. The Grades 4-6 section of 18 players was another 5-0 score to take clear first place by <strong>Hayden Uhl <\/strong>of Hockinson Intermediate School in Brush Prairie, Washington. The 9 player section of 7th &#8211; 12 Grade students ended with two players scoring 4.5-.5 both of Skyview High School in Vancouver. <strong>William Woodrich <\/strong>and<strong> Samir Sen<\/strong>. Sen has a master rating in the CRNW rating system and the USCF rating system.
