Michael MacGregor won the Open section with 3.5 of 4 points, regaining a 2200+ rating (2202), while Zhili Liu won the Regular section with a perfect 4.0 score, raising his provisional rating to 1866. This event was sponsored by the Kitsap County Chess Club. <a title=\"Oyster Bay Inn Classic crosstable\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uschess.org\/msa\/XtblMain.php?201410050972\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">USCF crosstable link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eastern Washington Open (Oct. 4-5, 2014)<\/strong><br \/>\nSponsored by the Spokane Chess Club, this long-running annual event drew 36 players in one section this year.
